We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please double check that
you have everything in your cart. 

If you receive your product and and are not happy with the design, we can not refund you because we have detailed photos for you to review before you buy.

We only refund moulds that have defects.

Orders typically are shipped in up to 10 business days, which is 2 weeks
without holidays. Once the package has been shipped, SMUK KREATIEF is
not responsible for loss or damages to items. We use Courier Guy as our
main shipment company.

Local Pick-Up is available on the checkout page. Orders take up to 2 weeks to
complete. Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pick-up,
and the available times will be sent via Whatsapp or email.
